Day’s Lee is a documentary filmmaker and author based in Montreal.

Lee produced, directed and wrote the documentary ''Meet and Eat at Lee's Garden'' which takes a look at Chinese-Canadian restaurants in Montreal in the 1950s and what they meant to the Chinese community and their Jewish customers. It premiered on the CBC program ''Absolutely Canadian'' in November 2020. In 2022, it was nominated for a Canadian Screen Award for Best History Documentary Program or Series.
